Returns & Exchange

We take great care at Dot & Tom to ensure your blanket is packed and sent to you with great care and we hope that you love your Dot & Tom product. However, if for any reason you are not happy with your blanket we offer a no fuss returns and exchange policy.

If you wish to exchange your Dot & Tom blanket for a different colour or a different style, we will endeavour to offer a quick turnaround with replacement items normally being sent out within one or two working days of receiving your goods. Please note that this may take longer at sale time.

You can return part of all of your order 30 calendar days following delivery date. The item must be returned in its original packaging and labels, along with the bespoke Dot & Tom cotton tote. 

Simply fill in the returns form on your despatch note, indicating what you would like to exchange or what the problem was if it is a return, affix the peel-off label included in your parcel and send it back to us at Dot & Tom, 1st Floor Hilgrove House, 10 Hilgrove Street, St Helier, Jersey, JE2 4SL.

If you can email us also at info@dotandtom.com to advise that you wish to return or exchange an item this would be most helpful so we expect your delivery and can act quickly upon its receipt but this is not essential.

Please note that shipping fees will not be refunded. We also strongly recommend that you obtain a proof os postage receipt from the Post Office as we can't be held responsible for any packages that fail to arrive at Dot & Tom.

You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed and a refund has been made. Please allow up to 10 working days for this to take place but please do email us anytime at info@dotandtom.com if you have any questions concerning your return.
