General Shipping Notes

Orders placed before 12pm on a week day will be processed and sent out that day.

All orders placed after 12pm will be processed the next working day.

Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday or on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed on a Monday morning.

All orders received on a Bank Holiday will be processed on the following working day.

Please be aware that our deliveries will require a signature and so please do bear this in mind when entering your address. dot + tom cannot accept any liability for delivery instructions issued to the delivery company if you fail to receive your delivery.

Shipping costs

Deliveries within the UK: £4.95 

European delivery (EU, Switzerland and Norway): £10.00

Delivery to the rest of the world / International: £15

Please note that you will be liable for local sales taxes and import duties on orders placed outside the EU.
